Private Party Menu: Concours d’Elegance Dinner

Lettice were delighted to return to Suffolk once again to prepare a sit down dinner in celebration of a Concours d’Elégance. Guests enjoyed a champagne reception amongst a stunning collection of beautiful classic cars, before taking their seats for a menu including local shellfish, Suffolk lamb and a seasonal fruit mousse dressed with fruits and berries foraged from the estate.

Bespoke Private Party Menu

Sharing Platter Starter

Cromer Crab with lemon, crème fraîche and fresh chervil

Hot smoked salmon and smoked trout

Peeled oak smoked prawns

Heritage tomatoes with red onion and summer savory

Roasted golden and red beetroot with crumbled walnuts and sheep’s feta

Main Course

Best end of lamb with rosemary wine jus served with potato gratin, baby carrots and leeks, pan-fried lettuce heart, broad beans, peas and local asparagus

Beautiful layered vegetable upside down tartlet with poppy seed pastry, sweet pepper puree and saffron potatoes

Dessert

English strawberry mousse with a delicate raspberry coulis, topped with fresh raspberries and a dusting of lemon and mint sugar
