Lettice were delighted to return to Suffolk once again to prepare a sit down dinner in celebration of a Concours d’Elégance. Guests enjoyed a champagne reception amongst a stunning collection of beautiful classic cars, before taking their seats for a menu including local shellfish, Suffolk lamb and a seasonal fruit mousse dressed with fruits and berries foraged from the estate.
